Space Farmers

The Bumpkin Brothers are back! The team's latest release has nothing to do with Tribloos or machines. Well, wait, scratch that, it does have something to do with machines, but that's not the point! Space Farmers is a decidedly retro-feeling cooperative arcade game that takes place on an alien spacecraft. Two simple farmers have been kidnapped by the non-Earthlings, and they're going to use every gadget and pigcube they can get their hands on to get back!
Grab an online friend/stranger, choose your farmer's appearance and jump right into the game. You'll play through a handful of levels at a time, picking up crazy weapons to deal with the enemies and puzzles that block your path to the exit. Each round sends you through a random set of levels, so you should get to see something new each playthrough. Stages are focused on cooperative puzzle solving, meaning you'll have to work together to dash across dropping platforms or open the doors to the exit. If Space Farmers has any significant drawback it's that there isn't a solo mode, but you'll be having so much fun with the wacky weapons and short, repeatable gameplay segments that you'll be glad there's someone there to share it with.
