More Which? Although you've been asked this question before, there are more ways to distinguish the differences between two seemingly alike spheres. That's why this pleasantly straight-forward puzzle game from Yoshio Ishii is so good to play. Throughout twenty levels, you'll decide which of the two circles before you has the requested quality. At times obvious, other times needing lateral conclusions or outside knowledge, More Which? is just challenging enough to be gratifying.

Ascent of Kings The king is dead. Dibs on his crown! Ascent of Kings is a platform adventure game by Nostatic Software that sends you on an epic quest to become the next king. Your brothers are out to do the same, but because nobody thinks you've got the guts to do it, you have something to prove! Super Stock Take I've been workin' in the stockroom, all the live-long day! Nitrome's made a puzzle platformer, just to pass the time away. Can't you slide those crates around to please those cranky CEO's? If you can you'll earn some peanuts, and OH C'MON, WHO GAVE DINAH THAT FREAKING HORN? No, we don't want to hear you play Saturday in the Park again. Just help the monkey grab the goodies by restacking the boxes, and we'll talk about getting a new radio in here, a'ight?

Super Stickman Golf 2 Golf is, well, not traditionally the most exciting sport in the world. The clothing alone should tip you off to that fact. That's why everyone should play Super Stickman Golf 2 instead. The basic goal is the same: knock a little white ball into a hole somewhere on the green. Getting from start to finish means traversing some of the most impossibly mixed-up terrain ever seen. Laser beams, teleporters and sticky surfaces should have been part of golf from day one.

Iromeku At first, it's rather easy. You have a game panel of a few colored squares and, using color affecting tiles, your objective is to change your panel to match that of the target. Then it gets progressively more difficult. Challenging puzzles plus chill music, though, always makes a good match for a game break anytime.

Orange Gravity 2: Level Pack The orange is back and trickier than ever in this pack of all new levels for Tommycred's physics puzzler. Using ropes, gravity, and a variety of mouse-driven pulleys, switches, cranks and more, get your orange to nab each lemon on the stage and then safely to the exit. It's harder than you might think.

European Mystery: Scent of Desire Young women have been disappearing off the streets of Paris, only to reappear dead of bizarre dehydration. It's enough to bring you, a renowned detective, out of retirement in a race against time to save a girl from a madman in this gorgeous and engrossing hidden-object adventure where you'll also need to catch and mix various scents to create perfumes and solvents.

Dojo Danger Dojo Danger from Kihon is the kind of game you can't wait to be good at. One part strategy and one part arcade physics, the setup is a bit reminiscent of the SQUIDS series, putting you in control of a group of heroes who can be shot around the screen in order to defeat the bad guys. This time around, though, you get to play as a band of ninjas ridding the world of a zombie invasion by smacking into them and knocking them into spike traps!

Escape from the Quiet Room The setup's a tried-and-true one, and one many can sympathize with: the protagonist is worn out from days of work, and is invited by a friend to a quiet room. It's a masterpiece of escape, with soothing guitar music, photorealistic graphics, and puzzles that make sense if you think about them just right. Come, escape the chaos of your day for a little while thanks to Tesshi-e.

Legend of Dungeon Legend of Dungeon is a hybrid game from RobotLovesKitty that takes a roguelike and fuses it with a sidescrolling beat-em-up. While that may sound like mixing peanuts, cayenne peppers and bubblegum, the end result manages to take the best from both genres and leave you happily content adventuring through your dangerous but loot filled dungeon world. Just don't get too angry when you realize death in this game is permanent.

Block Fortress Block Fortress is Minecraft meets tower defense meets first person shooter, all squeezed down into a mobile game. Build a base in the middle of a blocky wilderness, place turrets and towers and power supplies to fortify your position, then send in the waves of enemies. Once combat begins, you shift from building mode to combat mode, taking a gun into battle and watching over your fort by blasting enemies by hand. It's incredibly exciting and also deeply rooted in upgrades and tactics, making it the sort of game you can play for months without truly mastering.

Azada: Elementa Azada: Elementa is an entertaining addition to both the Azada series and the adventure hybrid ouevre. Pretty to look at and with a great depth of gameplay (especially in the puzzles), you are looking at hours of entertainment for the whole family.

Hell On Duty The underworld stinks, mostly because all the demons do, and it's your job to clean them all up in this ghoulishly endearing physics puzzler. Using a special ragdoll cannon, not to mention dolls with unique abilities, fire and knock each demon into the boiling cauldron to make them squeaky clean, but with new puzzle elements piled on throughout the game, it's harder (and more fun) than you might think.

Don't think that just because you only have three sides of a cube to worry about that things are going to be any easier to solve, however!

Give Up Give Up is a high-difficulty action-platformer by jmtb02 and Tasselfoot, that, little by little, will try to drive you to surrender, though a quite entertaining one. FPS-Man How you look at things makes all the difference in the world, and Tom Davies proves just that with this simple but masterfully executed twist on an arcade classic that turns it from friendly to sinister. Highgrounds Strategists and fans of collectible card games alike are bound to enjoy Highgrounds. Featuring both a single-player and PvP matches, the latter of which takes full advantage of its turn-based nature and allows for asynchronous play like you might see in Words with Friends or similar games. Unlike many games that employ a similar model, microtransactions don't spoil the fun. Instead, players who try the game and like what they see have the option of paying for more without being forced to break out their wallets in order to enjoy themselves.

Or, you know, panic and start crying because THE NUMBERS ARE EVERYWHERE.

noitcelfeR 2 Wouldn't it be weird if you looked into a mirror and saw things that weren't in your world? That's the stuff of noitcelfeR 2, a cool puzzle platformer by Wix Games, where some obstacles can only be seen in the reflection beneath you. It's a simple but high concept, and though a little taxing on the CPU, it's done quite well.

Inner Vision Inner Vision, a flixel visual novel, from debuting developer Sunil Rao, tackles one of the most important subjects, and one of the most difficult to do justice: suicide. Based on the author's own experiences with depression, Inner Vision presents you with three individuals contemplating killing themselves, and asks you to talk with them. It's a game that's not at all subtle about its message, but it's one many deserve to hear: "You are not alone."

Kitten Catastrophy An AGS collaboration between 9 year old Elena Honner and her dad, Liquid Nitrogen, Kitten Catastrophe is an adorable crayon-drawn point and click adventure. Help Daddy Cat find his four kittens before dinner, or else no one is having any pie! Like many works from new designers, it is an easy, straightforward little game with few superfluous details. However, it's gameplay and programming are solid, and its raw genuineness makes up for a lot.

Sir Woolson, the Knight of Light (that's you), can change the color of his fleece to defend against the dark minions. But wolves don't adopt one or two basic shades. Instead, they sport almost two dozen different colors, meaning you got a lotta mixing to do and not a lot of time to do it!

Spunk and Moxie Spunk and Moxie is a one touch platform game by Tilt Studios that relies on split-second timing and perfect reactions. It's a game of extremely high difficulty and no room for error, as the slightest little mishap will send you back to the beginning of the stage. That may not sound like a terrible punishment, but Spunk and Moxie is about high scores and unlockables, not raw level progression, so anything less than a perfect run is just not satisfactory.

Ricochet Kills 3: Level Pack Do you think the other bad guys complain about you? Sacra Terra: Kiss of Death You can't buy love, and you probably shouldn't try. But Sacra Terra Island has more than a few secrets, and you'll have to save more than just Mark's soul in this stunning, captivating hidden-object adventure that's heavy on style and cinematic flair.

Sinjid: Shadow of the Warrior Infrarift Entertainment presents Shijid: Shadow of the Warrior, an arena RPG about a ninja completing the final stage of his training, in preparation of facing the warlord who killed his father. From 2005, the limitations of the then-current Flash engine take a little getting re-used to. However, as a browser RPG, its battles and gameplay were ahead of its time, and yet the limitations of the engines gives the game a charming retro quality.

Year Walk Year Walk, the latest mobile release from Simogo, is almost the exact opposite of the team's previous release Beat Sneak Bandit. It's a great credit to the studio, however, that such different games can be pulled off with equally impressive results. Structured like a minimalist point-and-click puzzle game, Year Walk weaves together various pieces of Scandinavian folklore to set an atmosphere of cold intrigue and foreboding mystery. It's a beautiful and very meaningful game, and quite the haunting experience if you sit down and let yourself get drawn into the story.

Plants vs. Zombies (mobile) The original zombie-defending gardening sensation may be a few years old, but Plants vs. Zombies lives strong as it makes its way to more and more devices. The killer PopCap app hasn't changed much from its original incarnation, it's just been optimized for touch-based controls and smaller screens. It's just as wacky and fun as ever, though, so if you've never given it a try, now's your chance! It's Apple's Free App of the Week!

Koutack All you have to do is click, so how hard could it be? Koutack is a gorgeously simple little puzzler where you're trying to combine all the squares on the field into a single stack by clicking between adjacent ones until all of them are nested cozily on top of one another. Easy? Not quite. Lovely and relaxing? Abso-tootly.

Renegade Racing And now here they are! The most daredevil group of daffy drivers ever to whirl their wheels, ready to compete for fame and fortune in the championship of Renegade Racing! A side-scrolling stunt racing game by Paul Gene Thompson, Renegade Racing is one wacky road rally you won't soon forget. It's a little derivative of the Cyclomaniacs series, but still a heck of a lot of fun.

The Island of Earthly Delights When a storm lands an airship sailor on a strange island and his friend isn't there when he regains consciousness, finding a way home is going to be even more difficult than you might already think since the residents of this place are more than a little... weird. A short but beautifully surreal point-and-click adventure with a case of odd logic but tons of personality.

Counter Terror Moonloop's gleefully goofy retro shooter signs you up to become part of a counter-terror squad off to stop a mad scientist. Rescue hostages and blast baddies the only fashioned way by simply charging in guns blazing, or go the strategic route and make use of cover, flashbangs, ropes, and more to get the drop on your enemies and save the day as smoothly as possible.

Station Robamimi takes you on a wonderful ride from beginning to end during this aesthetically gorgeous escape-the-room game in the tradition of Hermit Rabi and Wonder Fountain. Just follow a changing cursor to gather tools and solve puzzles until you open the door: only to learn there's more to explore! The hexagonal room designs mean extra footwork in your efforts to make sense of clues, yet the reward is well worth the experience.

Tsuregemu 4 Kung Fu paradise's little brainchild, Tsuregemu 4, drops you in the three-room house of an animated white stick figure named Shirojin; his only housemate is his cat. Obviously, your task is to escape from the house by any means necessary, even if you have to solve a hundred puzzles to do it. The drill should be familiar by now: click around to inspect and interact with things and pick up inventory items, and use or examine things from your golden inventory bar at the bottom. Tsuregemu 4 won't be winning any awards with their 3D graphics, but you can tell what you're looking at most if not all of the time. The game's true meat, however, is its puzzles, which are original and cleverly designed without being too nonsensical, and many of them require interacting with Shirojin and his cat in various ways.

Which? There are two circles in front of you: Circle A and Circle B. One of them has a certain quality. And the question you must answer, in this puzzle game by Yoshio Ishi, is simple: Which? Figuring out the challenges will depend less on logic, and more on playful experimentation to determine what the developer had in mind. This can be occasionally frustrating, but all of the levels are quite clever, making for a quality five minutes of fun.

Cubed Rally Redline It's not often one can look at a racing game and say "Wow, that appeals to a wide audience!" Cubed Rally Redline is one of those games. Created by No Can Win, this pixel art racing game has more in common with mission-based arcade games like Jetpack Joyride than your average racer. Hit the track, jump a few ponds, dodge some cows, and see how far you can go without crashing.

Ode to Pixel Days Coming out of your shell can be hard, so wouldn't it be nice if everyone looked the same? After all, we'd all be happy then, wouldn't we? Talha Kaya delivers a personal puzzle-platformer mixed with an art game to tell the story of a guy, a girl, and figuring out who you are and what matters most is action.

A Rabbit Fable They say the grass is greener on the other side, and one sad, little rabbit knows that better than anyone else. After failing to make his way into paradise, he's dropped into the surreal world of A Rabbit's Tale, a point-and-click adventure by Antennaria Games. Interact with a cast of bizarre, comical creatures and solve your way through puzzles and challenges in order to help our hero overcome defeat and find his true love.

With randomisation of characters and locations, as well as a user-friendly content creation system, there's endless replayability to be had.
